Emilee A. Mitchell is an associate attorney and member of LMM’s litigation and employment law practice groups. Emilee received her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. Before joining LMM, Emilee worked in Washington, D.C. at a boutique financial services law firm serving banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions while focusing her practice on financial services regulation, enforcement, and litigation.
At LMM, Emilee represents clients on both the defense and claimant sides in cases involving breach of contract, professional negligence and violations of state and federal employment laws. In her first year of practice, Emilee second chaired a multi-million dollar arbitration hearing arising out of a contentious partnership dispute.
