Paraskevi “Eva” Batsikas is an associate attorney and member of LMM’s litigation practice group located in the California Bay Area. Eva received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Before joining LMM, Eva worked at a boutique employment law firm representing employees throughout California in a variety of cases including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and contract negotiations. Eva has experience litigating in state and federal courts and arbitrations. In Eva’s second year of practice, she successfully negotiated a multi-million-dollar settlement for her client in a breach of employment contract case.
