Kelly V. Muir is an attorney located in the California Bay Area. Licensed in 2016, with the addition of a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation, Mr. Muir brings a breadth of experience to Litchfield, Malone, & McDonald, with a background working on complex transactional matters across varied industries. Kelly’s practice has ranged from working at both large multinational and boutique firms, helping clients navigate complicated regulations, corporate formation and decision-making, and financial management and planning challenges. His breadth of work helping serve other professionals dovetails with LMM’s longstanding support and representation of the design professional community.
Immediately prior to joining LMM, Kelly served as Deputy CFO of a start-up healthcare initiative, in partnership with UCLA Health, focused on leveraging research, health, and education knowledge to mitigate the impacts of experienced childhood trauma.
Kelly attended Georgetown University, where he played four years of NCAA Division I baseball for the Hoyas, while earning his Bachelor of Science – double majoring in Finance and Business Management. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor (JD) and LLM from Loyola Law (2016 and 2017, respectively), with an emphasis in Taxation and Estate Planning.
